Children in our agency’s Kinship Permanency Incentive program had a good time today at the 42nd annual Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6772 Clown Unit Christmas Party. The VFW Clown Unit has provided Christmas to 5,900 children over the years including hundreds from Allen County Children Services.
