Allen County Children Services Executive Director Sarah Newland was honored Tuesday as a prestigious 2024 Partnership Award Winner for Partner in the Community with the Allen County Board of Developmental Disabilities at their annual awards luncheon.

ACBDD Superintendent Theresa Schnipke said Newland has been instrumental in forming a strong partnership between both organizations that allows for the best service to clients with both organizations.
