Our Ongoing Services provide families and children with support and strategic intervention
The Family Services and Stability units provide ongoing case management and supportive services to families, and children. The units work with families in need of strategic interventions including safety planning, service referrals, drug screening, parent education and the identification, and strengthening of support systems. All services are aimed at safe and long-lasting outcomes for the family as a whole.
Ongoing Services can be voluntary or court involved. Children remain in their homes whenever safety can be ensured. When safety concerns exist, children are placed with relatives or kin. Placement in foster care is always a last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
We’re here to protect children
If you have a reason to believe any child under 18 (or any child with a physical or mental handicap under the age of 21) is abused or neglected, please make a report.
