Allen County Children Services (ACCS) has events planned in April to raise awareness for the prevention of child abuse and neglect starting on Friday, April 1, at Noon with our annual Flag Raising Ceremony in our parking lot at 123 W. Spring St. Community stakeholders and community partners will join us to raise the Children’s Memorial and the American flags.
