Due to the heavy snowfall, Allen County Children Services (ACCS) will be closed today, Tuesday, Feb. 16. If you need to report abuse or neglect and it’s an emergency, call 911. ACCS will reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17.
