The Allen County Children Services Mission Statement
“Protect children by supporting and strengthening families in partnership with the community.”
We all strive towards one goal: protecting the children in our community
To see our goal accomplished in Allen County, our team provides supportive services and educational resources for families, and caregivers in Allen County.
Why we do it gets a little more personal
“My first job out of college many years ago was for a children services agency in another county. I then changed career paths but came back to my dream job of child welfare and have never loved a job more. It’s extremely rewarding to see families succeed and grow stronger and to know that I had a part in their success. Allen County Children Services is a fantastic place to work and help improve the lives of the kids and families we serve.”
