Allen County Children Services is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to serve the children and families of Allen County. We may be reached at 419-227-8590 and for emergent purposes after hours by calling the sheriff’s office. As the COVID-19 threat continues, we have adapted to the new challenges to continue serving families and children. Our lobby doors are open to the public for some in-person services. Anyone needing to meet with a caseworker is asked to call to schedule an appointment. To help reduce traffic in the lobby and ensure everyone complies with social distancing guidelines, visitors may be asked to wait outside or in their cars.
